Shirley was a beautiful, talented lady. We only knew her for about 10 years through church and she was such a sweet caring lady. She was so kind to everyone. Fly high Shirley Naney.

I have the best memories of my aunt Shirley because they hang on my Christmas tree every year. When I was a child, she would send me a handmade Christmas ornament every year. The ornaments have the most intricate details, along with my name and the year and "S. Naney." There's a Brownie Scout from the year I did Girl Scouts, a Care Bear, a Cabbage Patch Kid, angels, and more. Some were made from wood and hand painted, others were made from salt dough and then painted. I remember each and every one and I have the BEST Christmas tree because it's full of memories and not generic Christmas bulbs from the store. When I got married almost 20 years ago, my parents made sure to give me a box with my ornaments. I wrote my aunt a Christmas card and told her how much I loved the ornaments, that they meant a lot to me and that some day I'd paas them on to my own kids. When I had my first child, Shirley even sent a few ornaments for her. But by then her health was starting to decline. We always lived very far from each other, but Shirley remembered me every Christmas and because of that and all those ornaments, I will never forget her.

Met and worked with Shirley during our days at RAM. I learned to paint from her and have many ornaments she made for me. A very special lady who I am sure will be missed by many.
